We are reshaping the € 70bn European car leasing business, one of the largest yet-to-be disrupted markets! The traditional car leasing industry is slow, complicated and expensive.
We put all our efforts to ensure that ordering and managing a car through LIZY is as easy as ordering a toaster on Amazon. Since 2019, our business has grown rapidly with € 30m sold contract value as a result. Our goal is to become the European leader in digital car leasing. We are well-funded (> € 5m raised) and have a team of rockstars to make this happen (ex-Mck, Uber, Google, Proxyclick, Odoo, ...).
🔎 Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone to spearhead LIZY’s outbound sales efforts.
With the support of the Marketing team, you’ll be targeting selected companies to introduce Lizy’s leasing services and generate new deals. You’ll manage the the sales process from outreach to qualification and closing, giving you full responsibility of your own sales pipeline.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing team and share insights to further develop and improve the outbound sales process at LIZY.

>2 year of sales experience in a fast-pace environment
Winner’s mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.
Resourceful: This is a largely unpaved road, requiring things we haven’t done before. You can take independent decisions and initiatives.
Self-learner: Strong desire to constantly improve and scale yourself.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Affinity for automotive is a plus

🔥 What you will do
- Understanding our company’s product and customer-product fit
- Help find new markets & opportunities to fill our sales funnel in a creative manner
- Assess potential of companies in your pipeline based on research
- Generate new leads & build relationships with (possible) customers
- Acquiring new business via phone (both warm & cold calling), email (sequences) and social media, in close collaboration with the outbound marketing team
- Scheduling meetings, presenting LIZY’s leasing solution
- Qualifying leads (BANT) & Closing deals
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of (potential) customers
